Design, Revamp, and Becoming Factory of the Future

Open Call Description:

ADMA TranS4Mers is one of the biggest European transformation programmes that offers a comprehensive and dynamic approach to digital transformation, helping manufacturing SMEs across the continent achieve their full potential.

Eligible applicants will receive vouchers to create and execute their Digital Transformation Plan. This initiative will accelerate their progress toward becoming a Factory of the Future, with two key stages: Design and Revamp.

During Design Phase, applicants will get one voucher valid for up to eight hours of dedicated support by their selected TranS4MEr. At Revamp Phase, they can receive up to 10 tokens, equivalent to €5000 worth of innovation consultancy services and tools listed in the xChange Service Catalogue to put their Transformation Plan into action.


Application Process:

The ADMA TranS4Mers journey is structured into the following steps:

1.       Sign up. Registrations are submitted by the SMEs via the F6S portal. Registrations close on 17 July 2024, 17:00 CET (Brussels time).

2.       SME - TranS4Mers Matchmaking / Scan

3.       Design Phase Application

4.       Co-creation of Transformation Plan

5.       Revamp Phase Application

6.       Execution of Transformation Plan using services and tools from xChange Platform by certified Service Providers


Things to keep in mind:

·       Fair selection process based on eligibility checks

·       There will be selection dates every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, after which eligible SMEs will be selected according to first-come-first-served criteria.

·       Up to 500 SMEs funded


Who is the Open Call designed for: 

The applicants must comply with all the following conditions:

·       Be manufacturing SMEs (1-250 employees) that comply with the rules defined by European Commission (https://single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu/smes/sme-fundamentals/sme-definition_en);

·       With <€50 million annual turnover or <€43 million annual balance sheet;

·       Based in the EU;

·       Active in the field of Advanced Manufacturing, acting as technology or service adopters;

·       SMEs with recommendations from TranS4MErs or members of the consortium, Members of Enterprise Europe Network or Digital Innovation Hubs.
